Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Free Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is FREE.  Items will be posted First Class as soon as they are available for dispatch.

Priority delivery is £7.50.  Items will be posted Special Delivery as soon as they are available for dispatch.

The timescale for dispatch will depend on the designer of your jewellery, but we aim to post orders within 5 working days.

Need the item for a special occasion?  Please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ontime, and inform you if Special Delivery is needed.

Price is per order.

We use a tracked postal service for overseas orders.

Payment

We accept payment by card, Paypal, Clearpay or Laybuy.
Bespoke commissions must be paid for in advance.

 

Packaging

Jewellery is packaged in eco gift boxes as listed on the description.
Envelopes are recycled where possible.

RETURNS

Guarantee
Our products come with our guarantee of quality and should you be unhappy with something you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to accept returns after that period, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 14 days of the date of order shown on your dispatch note. Please note we will not refund if you are out of the 14 day return time.

Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
 
Bespoke commissions are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return
You must notify us online prior to returning your product at sales@sennenjewellery.com, and we will send instructions. and if you return your goods you must ensure you fill in your order/invoice number on the the returns note.  The item must be repacked in the same condition as it was received. Please obtain proof of postage.
The return and the origional postage charges  will be at your expense and are not refundable by Sennen Jewellery.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Once the product has been received and inspected we will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return. After you have received the email please allow up to 21 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Please note we do not refund the delivery cost.

Exchanges
If you require an exchange, please return the unwanted item for a refund, and order the new item from the website in the usual way.

Prices
All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Sennen Jewellery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
